  1. OVERVIEW

This is an Agreement between Jenn Drummond ("Instructor/Coach") and you, the ("Client/Participant"), for the Wealthy Warrior online financial course provided through iamawealthywarrior.com and other subdomains ("Website"). By accessing or purchasing any courses, memberships, or products (collectively "Services") through this Website, you ("Client", "Customer", "Participant") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and enter into a legally binding agreement with Wealthy Warrior ("Company").

By clicking "Buy Now," "Complete Order," or similar phrases, entering payment information, or otherwise rendering payment for Services, you acknowledge your understanding and acceptance of the following terms.

  1. DISCLAIMERS

The Instructor/Coach is not a financial advisor, accountant, attorney, or other licensed professional. All materials provided are for educational purposes only and should not be construed as financial advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions based on the information provided.

Participation in the course does not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or financial success. As with any endeavor, there are inherent risks, and outcomes depend on individual effort, resources, and circumstances. The Company is not liable for any damages arising from your participation in the program.

  1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

This Program includes, but is not limited to, the following Services:

  • Educational Modules: Access to online financial education modules covering foundational to advanced concepts.
  • Live Coaching Calls: Live sessions held via virtual platforms.
  • Community Access: Membership in a private group for accountability and networking.
  • Supplemental Materials: Additional resources such as workbooks, templates, and recordings, provided at the discretion of the Instructor.

The Company reserves the right to modify or update the Services at any time to enhance the participantā€™s learning experience.

  1. PAYMENT

(a) General Payment Terms: Payment for the Services must be made in full at the time of purchase unless an installment plan is selected at checkout.

(b) Recurring Payments: If opting for a recurring payment plan, you authorize the Company to charge the payment method on file for all agreed-upon installments. Failure to complete payments may result in loss of access to the Services.

(c) Collections: The Company reserves the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances, including legal action, and you are responsible for any associated fees, including attorneyā€™s fees.

  1. REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital and educational nature of the Program, all sales are final. Refund requests will only be considered within 24 hours of purchase and must be submitted in writing. No refunds will be granted after this period.

  1. CONFIDENTIALITY

You agree to keep all course materials, discussions, and proprietary information confidential.

"Confidential Information" includes but is not limited to:

  • Systems, processes, or methods shared in the Program.
  • Course materials, videos, templates, and proprietary content.
  • Information disclosed within community groups or coaching calls.

You agree not to share, copy, or distribute any Confidential Information without the Companyā€™s prior written consent.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, materials, and resources provided by the Company remain the intellectual property of Wealthy Warrior. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license for personal use only. Resale, sharing, reproduction, or redistribution without permission is strictly prohibited.

  1. MISCELLANEOUS

(a) Entire Agreement: This document represents the full agreement between you and the Company.

(b) Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

(c) Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

(d) Termination: Dissatisfaction with the Program, materials, or teaching style is not grounds for termination of this Agreement or refund requests. Failure to use the Services does not relieve you of payment obligations.

(e) Rights Reserved: The Company reserves all rights not explicitly granted herein.

By enrolling in Wealthy Warrior and/or accessing the Services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
